Community Foundation grant secured, generator on the way!

The Piercy Fire Protection District has received a $7,500.00 grant from the Community Foundation of Mendocino County to purchase a generator for our Community Hall. We are working to have it installed and operational in the next 60 days. This a major component to help our efforts towards making our Hall an Emergency Shelter when a crisis like last February’s snowstorm hit Piercy. We’ll keep everyone updated as the installation progresses.
